SHIPPING

Shipping is complimentary on all Bondi Fouta Australian orders over $150.

All orders under $150 AUD will be charged a flat rate of $12.50.

Packages are sent via Australia Post (eParcel).

If you are not home for delivery, you will be left a slip to collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

We are currently only taking orders for Australia. International shipping coming soon.

RETURNS

1. Returns: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

5. Exchanges: If you need to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will send you the replacement item once we receive your return.

6. Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of return shipping in this case.
